Think,think & Think!!!!

After exams got over I went home. When I returned back, a new world was waiting for me to explore. Internship in Green Space Technologies. (Thanx to Ankur Khare ). I was thinking to join on 18th but delayed it to 21st. ( I had to PAY for it in real terms ).

Prateek vividly narrated his 3 days experience (included mostly details abt …. ). Well for the introduction there are 4 interns from our college which includes Amlendu, Prateek , Sunanda and me. Prateek has joined from 15th . Basically he was trying hard to set us into environment thru stories. Amlendu joined from 18th.It turned out to be a really big time CUTIT day for Soni and lucky day for Kumar .

So I joined on 21st. I went to HR’s office signed my offer letter and thn later joined Soni and Amlendu. Forgot to mention something interesting. Company has its own BPO on the 3rd floor and we were given systems on that floor while rest of the tech dept is on 2nd. I was getting bored as there was no work . One cannot do orkutting or chatting for 6 straight hrs . Then I was introduced to OVL Kiran( X-IIITian ) and boooooom blunder happened. (Jiska dar tha wahi hua MY FIRST DAY ). “Mast .. Acha hun ” … I cant forget . (Sorry for incomplete story) .

I met other interns(Now FT employee ) from IIIT Allahabad and few other employees.Just had a short chat.Then we went to city center and then returned back to college. Next day Sunanda also joined.

I guess this post is getting monotonous .Continuing imp events in points…..

1.Lecture By Rajesh : Rajesh our project guide took one lecture making us aware abt terminologies and databases of their gaming site . Class mein padhne ki adat ab to hai nahin so started yawning and dizziness was pouncing on me and i was just swaying left right sitting on my chair. Somehow I managed to complete class and grasped sm details .

2.First Assignment : For our first assignments we have to make some python scripts to dump details from their database into some tables . First we thought that the work is easy (3-4 din mein ho jaayega ). Then when we started working on it we realized what it takes to work on real time application. It took us more than 3 days to understand their database and from where and how to collect the required details. Our estimated deadline was over without having written a single line of code . Then we started writing queries which when made to run on live server were taking hrs to finish . Hourly reports were taking hrs to generate . We optimized our scripts and some how get over with it in 12 days .

3.5 Movies Shows in a day in Prasads/IMAX : Thanx to Aditya (another X-IIITian ) ,technical head . On saturday Aditya invited technical team to watch 4 shows in Prasads(initially it was 4 thn made into 5) .
This was a nice experience but movies were horrible. Starting with Spiderwick Chronicles in IMAX then The Eye followed by Alien vs Predator 2 (I slept for half an hr in this movie ) followed by Sirf (cant forget the cake ) and the grand finale telgu Superhit movie JALSA without any subtitles . Experience of Jalsa cannot be explanied ,u have to experience it urself to feel the experince . We had a lot of fun in and out of the hall. Adi u rock man .

4.Coffee & Horlicks: Getting addicted to these .

5.Lunch at Green Space : Well wht to say abt it. I found it horrible initially as thrs just rice . Getting used to it slowly and slowly .

6.Reaching by IST:

Well, rest in next post .Feeling sleepy. Have just slept 15 hrs in last 4 days.

P.S.1 : Not able to even start my project under Kishore Kothapalli .

P.S.2 : Pending Project in VLSI dept .

P.S.3 : Stil not able to go for PT .

P.S.4 : Got my worst grade ever in AI .

P.S.5 : Got nearly hundred kicks on my Bday .
